Carmozo Terms and Conditions

  • Carmozo is a service operated by Ziotiv Technologies Private Limited, a Bangalore based company focused on providing innovative vehicle management solutions.
  • The terms and conditions are applicable for the customers/users who want to use our Carmozo services, applications, website and related softwares. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Carmozo service. The term ‘You’, ‘Yours’, ‘Customers’, ‘Users’ shall mean any legal person who has agreed to use the services offered by Carmozo.
  • To avail Carmozo service, customers have to accept these terms and conditions, register with our platform and provide genuine and complete information which are requested.
  • This service is meant for car maintenance. So the customers have to register their cars with the correct information. We reserve the rights to remove the incorrect or wrong information without any prior notice and detain the user for further use.
  • Carmozo services are not permitted for the customers who are under 18 years old.
  • If any changes in customers information and/or vehicle information, recommended to update in the Carmozo application promptly to get better services.
  • When the customers register for Carmozo service, valid phone number need to be given, OTP (One Time Password) will come as SMS on his/her Smartphone, customers should keep that as confidential to ensure no malpractices by anyone and recommend deleting the SMS after registration complete.
  • Registration, discovering the location based nearby service centres and their details can be availed as free of cost. However, we reserve the right to change its fee policy from time to time.
  • Customers must avail Carmozo service only when there is a real need for their cars to be serviced, repair works and wash/details. If we are not satisfied with the creditability of the Customer or genuineness of the request or incorrect information, we shall have the right to reject the service request.
  • Automotive experts personalized consultation can be availed depends on the customer need.
  • Customers can avail pickup and drop facility. Drivers will come and pick your car at your doorstep. After the required service is completed, drivers will drop the car back to the customers’ desired location within the same city. This service is applicable only when the car has valid insurance. Ziotiv company will not provide any monetary benefits if any unexpected accident happened while pickup and drop support. The car insurance can be claimed in such cases.

We may provide estimated price details for the service requested, it may vary based on the additional inputs provided by the customers or service centre partners inputs at the time of availing the service.

  • Customers can avail online payment gateway facility for Car servicing, repair works and wash/details works. Cash-on-delivery is an alternate option for making the payment. It can be purely based on the service centres and customers choice. Payments should be initiated at the time of service completion.
  • In case of cash-on-delivery, it must be Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India, if we are not satisfied with the creditability of the Customer or genuineness of the transaction (eg. fake currency), it will have the right to reject the transaction amount and take necessary actions.
  • Customers should use their own valid credit/debit/wallet banking information, make sure sufficient amount is loaded on the cards before initiating online payment and banking information will not be stored in Carmozo platform that will be encrypted and processed by the trusted payment provider.
  • The Customer and Payment gateway provider acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a transaction charges or any loss or damage or any delay in processing a transaction charge which is beyond the control of us.
  • After service completion, customers have the ability to post feedback and ratings in relation to any Service provider who did the requested service using our platform.
  • Customers can cancel the booking until the driver assignment for picking up the car or before the service gets started. Refunding is not possible after cancellation but customer can avail any of the Carmozo service and utilize the same worth of the money within six months’ time. Beyond six months, neither refunding nor redemption is possible.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Ziotiv technologies private limited company will not have any responsibility or liability to you for the performance or quality of any work which you ask any service centre to carry out directly under any circumstances.
  • We may suspend or cancel any of the customer registration and/ or terminate the access to Carmozo services if we found in breach of these Terms and conditions or have made improper use of our services.
  • You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing. Please refer ‘Contact Us’ in our website (
  • You agree that information contained in any sections of the Carmozo application are intended to be indicative only and will not form the basis of a binding contract between you and any service centres listed. If you instruct a service centre to carry out any additional work directly, we strongly recommend that you have written agreement with them clearly for the work to be carried out and price to be paid. Carmozo team will not take any responsibility in this case.
  • We are constantly improving our service offering to the customers. So we reserve the right to make changes to any part of the service, add new services at our own discretion without any prior notice.
  • You shall not make any negative, denigrating or defamatory statement(s) or comment(s) in any of the public blogs/websites about us or the Carmozo brand name or domain name used by us or action that might tarnish our image or reputation.
  • We reserve the right to add, change or remove any portions of terms and conditions at any point of time with our own discretion and without any prior intimation to the customers. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions update periodically. Your continued use of the Carmozo application and services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
